At Anarchy Bat Company, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your bat is unused and in its original shrink-wrap, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your bat is still in its original plastic vacuum seal and has not been used for hitting; products with removed wrappers or ball marks are ineligible for return.

• 2.
  Request an RA Number

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be clearly marked on the outside of your shipping box.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your item in its original box or a similar protective container and ship it back to our warehouse using a carrier that provides tracking information.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item and confirms its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
